Job Context

A Reputed Ceramic Company`s sister concerns sanitary ware ceramics Company located at Sylhet, Wanted A Dynamic, Hardworking, Intelligent, Professional Smart, Experienced candidates.

Job Description / Responsibility

·         The candidate must be able to plan, organize, direct and control sales, meet organizational profitability objective and sales target.

·         Prepare daily, weekly and monthly plan to meet sales target.

·         Direct visit or correspondence to different prospective client and maintain close liaison with the existing clients.

·         Identifying potential customers (New Project/ Developers/ End users)

·         Maintaining good relationship with existing customers

·         Preparation of monthly Sales and Marketing plan based on individual targets

·         Ensure Sales as per given target.

·         Making all arrangements to deliver goods (Sanitary Ware) to the customers

·         Ensure 100% customer satisfaction & service

·         Develop competitive intelligence database and maintain a credible and up-to-date market information

·         Develop and implement strategies/ plans to push products in competitive project/ Developers etc. on regular basis and provide monthly report based on the result.

Educational Requirements

BBA/Mba OR gRADUATION/ Masters in Any discipline.

Experience Requirements

·         At least 5 year(s)

Job Requirements

·         Only males are allowed to apply.

·         More than 5 years experience in a reputed Sanitary ceramics ware  Sales and Marketing Company will be given preferences.

·         Well Experience in Ms-excel along with MS- word , power point.

·         Communication skill , Interpersonal skill , presentation skill.
